Job Responsibilities

• Daily data monitoring, warning, analysis, and mining work for mobile games；
• Provide data support for product optimization and operation；
• Regularly conduct operational, channel, and market analysis, and provide reasonable execution recommendations；
• Based on historical data, develop activities and functions, conduct thematic product and market analysis and mining, guide product optimization, and formulate operational strategies；
• Participate in the construction of data products. Collaborate with other departments, interpret their needs for data products, develop reasonable data product requirements, and participate in the implementation of data products.

Qualification

• Graduated from a unified undergraduate program; Clear mathematical logic and high data sensitivity;
• Proficient in using SQL statements EXCEL； Master one of the analysis tools such as R, Python, etc;
• Having certain abilities in data mining, modeling, and prediction; Can independently conduct in-depth exploration of the game;
• Good communication skills, document expression ability, and collaboration ability;
• Excellent learning ability, able to quickly integrate into the business; Being able to continuously improve oneself according to business needs;
• Has strong sense of responsibility, self drive, and inclusiveness.

Bonus Points

• Have practical experience in game or Internet data analysis, or major in mathematics/statistics, or be familiar with the use methods and scenarios of game business indicators.
