Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the player community, promptly respond to information posted by players, and maintain positive interaction with players;
• Monitor online feedback and cooperate with the team to handle unexpected online issues;
• Regularly design, publish, and collect user research to understand and analyze user experience and needs;
• Collect and record player dynamics and feedback, and feed back to the R&D team;
• Responsible for tracking and collecting online product data; Maintain and update the product store page.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a passion for the gaming industry and some gaming experience;
• English CET-6 or TEM-4 or above (with a background in studying abroad preferred);
• Excellent English copywriting skills, familiar with European and American culture.

• Has excellent data analysis skills;
• Prioritize proficiency in minor languages.
