Responsibilities
- Participate in the overall design and execution of leisure game activities, including activity creativity and gameplay rules
- Under the guidance of the Leader, support the configuration and design work related to the activity;
- Follow up on the event launch process, collaborate with art, technology, and testing to ensure smooth and stable quality of the event launch;
- Assist in collecting and analyzing activity data, user feedback, evaluating effectiveness, and proposing improvement suggestions;
- Under the leadership of the Leader, learn and gradually participate in the establishment of operational planning standards to improve team efficiency;
- Continuously monitor the design and updates of top global leisure products, and provide relevant optimization suggestions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited, experience in gaming related majors/projects is preferred;
- Passionate about games, with in-depth experience and thinking about casual games, able to understand player needs;
- Have good logical thinking ability and be able to use tools such as Excel for basic data analysis;
- Active thinking, possessing creativity and written expression abilities;
- Strong communication skills, willing to cooperate, and strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong learning ability, willing to accept feedback and grow rapidly.
Nice to have
- Have experience in gaming related internships/projects;
- Interested in European and American culture.
